Being designated a simple bridge shop allows Di Highway Sign & Structure to produce a wide spectrum of bridge rail projects. We have produced rail for bridges as small as thirty foot culvert bridges or as large as the Ogdensburg Prescott Memorial Bridge. Being certified lets are customers know that they are purchasing a quality product from an experienced firm.
WBE Certification simply states that Di Highway Sign & Structure is classified as a Woman Owned Business. If our customers are looking for the important minority credit for a contract that they are bidding they can purchase our material and earn 100% of the value for anything that Di Highway manufactures for them.
At Di Highway Sign & Structure, every fabricated product is thoroughly inspected for quality, prior to being shipped. We employ four AWS Certified Welding Inspectors in our QC Department. In addition to weld inspection, they are involved in management of the Quality System from project planning through certification. Our Quality Control Policy is to ensure that all fabricated products comply with the quality requirements, as prescribed by the customer through plans and specifications; and also to standards and quality control procedures as required by Di Highway, and International, Federal, State, and Local agencies. Di Highway is currently certified by the AISC for meeting the quality system requirements of "Certified Bridge Fabrication Simple." When QA (third-party) inspection is required by a specific contract, Di Highway will bring in a State inspector or a representative from an outside inspection agency to work with our Quality Control Department.

At Di Highway Sign and Structure we have a very experienced engineering department that is available to work with every customer that purchases product from us. Based on the materials that we consistently fabricate, we are an AISC certified shop for simple bridges and this is where most of our engineering work is concentrated. Another strength of our engineering department is Overhead Sign Structures. Over the years Di Highway's engineering department has worked with numerous state agencies including New York, Vermont, and Connecticut. The projects that they have completed are so varied that it would be impossible to list them here. On a daily basis our engineers work within customer plans and specifications to produce a high quality product for fabrication. Generally Di Highway's engineering department is not categorized as "Design-Build," but it does have the resources for professional engineering stamped designs when required.
